Michael Hart is a writer and researcher focusing on civil conflict and the politics of East Asia. He has written for numerous online publications including The Diplomat, Geopolitical Monitor, Eurasia Review and International Policy Digest. He also runs a website – geopoliticalconflict.com – which provides news and analysis of conflicts that are under-reported in the mainstream media. He has an MA in International Relations from the University of Westminster, and a BA in Human Geography from the University of Exeter.
