Our Campuses

Kedleston Road-DE22 1GB

Many students visit our Kedleston Road site, even if their courses are based at another site, to enjoy our wide range of facilities. The Student Union bar is on-campus and has seen various popular music acts perform including Scouting for Girls and Zane Lowe.

There are a wide variety of sports teams which students are able to join such as the men’s and women’s football teams, canoe and volleyball clubs. For those interested in working out, Team Derby Fitness gym offers students a competitive price and it is open seven days a week.

If you are hungry between lectures, there are lots of places to eat, from sandwich bars to on-site cafeterias which are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday to Friday.

A doctor’s surgery is available at the Kedleston Road site where students are able to receive medical advice and treatment.

The Student Wellbeing Centre is also located at Kedleston Road. The Centre provides students with a wide range of services to help students with university and home life e.g. helping you with exam stress.

The Dome (Buxton campus) – SK17 6RY

The Devonshire Dome is the ideal location to study as students are able to put theory into practice throughout the year. With a commercial bistro, spa and salon open to the public which ensures our courses prepare students for their future careers.

Students studying in the Dome are able to enjoy a quick snack from the Student Union shop or enjoy a meal with friends in the on-site restaurant Bistro 44. The town centre is also just a few minutes’ walk away from the Dome.
