Gourmand International donated award winning books toLe Cordon Bleu London Le Cordon Bleu London has received a generous donation of award-winning cookbooks from Gourmand International. The books were on display at the 2012 London Book Fair as part of Gourmand’s Cookbook Corner, alongside demonstrations from Le Cordon Bleu chefs with help from students and alumni. Gourmand International has held an annual awards ceremony since 1995 to “reward and honour those who cook with words”.
