If you are in Hong Kong on March 1st, you are invited to attend a presentation of the Hautes Etudes du Goût (HEG) 2013 program by Peter Chiu, HEG Alumni (2009) who will introduce you to this unique, multi-disciplinary program which covers the major aspects of the world of taste, gastronomy and the art of fine dining.
Peter is a professional information engineer with a passion for anything related to food and wine.
