Law
Middlesex Law division emphasises practical skills development, which is delivered through a combination of exceptional student care, high-quality teaching and one-on-one mentoring. Students can pursue a graduate diploma in law or seek specialisation in areas such as Employment Law; International Business Law; Minorities, Rights and the Law; or Human Rights and Business.

An LLM at Middlesex University is one of the most prestigious law degrees in the world. Teaching staff are internationally well-regarded and published, and their collective range of expertise opens pathways to a variety of specialisations, including Employment Law; Minorities, Rights and the Law; International Business Law; and Legal Research.

Criminology
All of the academic staff in Middlesex’s Criminology department are members of the Crime and Conflict Research Centre, through which they pursue pioneering research. Postgraduate students can pursue an MA in Criminology or specialise in Public Protection; Youth Justice, Community Safety and Applied Criminology; or Serious Crime Investigation. An MSc in Criminology with Forensic Psychology is also on offer.

Political and International Studies
Students pursuing credentials through this department can major in either International Relations or Global Governance and Public Policy. Postgraduate students are actively involved in research through the Social Policy and Flood Hazard research centres.
