As famous brands expand their businesses overseas, to countries that don’t share the same language, they have to accommodate to the countries and translate their logos into non-Latin characters—putting the strength of their brands to the test.

Designer Daily has compiled nine famous logos in non-Latin versions that can still be identified, even to the illiterate.

The series showcases that colors, font-styles and visual aspects of the logo play an important part in this day and age of globalization.
