Firstly, the team based program provided me a chance to understand people from different backgrounds. Communication with the peers is not what may have originally understood and we as there are always contradictions and collisions among team members in our different points of view. The team based practice pushes you to think out of the box and to find out what you need to do to improve in soft skills instead of just the theoretical knowledge.
Secondly, I finally got a chance to take a break from my work to review both myself and my past career in greater depth. Courses gave me a chance to learn the basic knowledge in a wider range and Queen’s gave me a chance to find my own strengths and weakness’ through its unique mentoring system. Team coaches, career coaches and personal coaches provided a one stop solution for the students to improve themselves from communication skills to long term career goal evaluations.
Finally, a top MBA in Canada provided the same qualified program as the US schools and a one year program saves you time and money. Tight connection between US and Canada enables the students to explore the whole North American job market after graduation.
