After six intense academic quarters, students experience a unique educational experience in their final quarter where they are given charge of operating this on-site dining facility that is open to the city’s public.

The restaurant’s menu features delicacies whipped up by the students. From American regional favourites to international delights, the weekly-rotating menu features an array of exciting cuisine.
