Sick, sick, sick.

On the 12th the Gangbuk Police Station in Seoul applied for an arrest warrant for 37-year old Mr. Jo, who has a third-degree brain disorder, on charges of repeatedly sexually assaulting his daughter.

According to police, Mr. Jo called his daughter, whom he had previously sent to an orphanage, to Seoul in April and placed her in a yeogwan before sexually assaulting her three or four times

Investigators found that Mr. Jo, who got divorced from his wife in 1997, encountered difficulty in 2000 and placed his daughters, then aged 7 and 4, into an orphanage.

Police said Mr. Jo committed his crimes after bringing one of them to Seoul, where he lived, after ten years of her pleading to be reunited.

In September of last year the orphanage, aware that the daughter had become pregnant, reported Mr. Jo to a one-stop aid center but at the time he denied all accusations and she was returned to him for lack of evidence.

Mr. Jo then submitted to DNA testing which confirmed him as the culprit in December and was caught today by police for questioning.
