Serial killer Jeong Nam-gyu, sentenced to death for raping and murdering 13 women and children, hanged himself in his cell on Saturday. According to the Korea Times, he left behind a note reading, “The government is not considering abolishing capital punishment. Life is like a cloud, coming and going transiently.”
