The poster for ‘Top Dogs’, a play performed by the KCL German and Austrian Society.Going to school on a Friday night does not sound like an attractive idea. You might rather spend it on top of the Heron Tower Sky Bar with a cocktail in your hand, or in some dark underground pub in the middle of Soho, surrounded by friends or interesting strangers. Last Friday was different though, because Tutu’s was hosting Top Dogs, an interesting play performed by the KCL German and Austrian Society. Seven actors represented the lives of a group of failed business people, made ‘redundant’ by their bosses and in therapy to regain confidence. They seem to go from bad to worse though, changing from aggressive denial into self-reflective melancholy
